Themed-post 2: Sports and hobbies

Hi all!

this is the second post of the topics you chose in class.

To start with, I must confess I haven't had enough time to do sports or to dedicate to a kind of hobby. Anyway, I reckon that sometimes when I do have time I become a couch potato and I do nothing;but wait...it hasn't been like that all my life: I've done some sports and had some hobbies.
When I was at university I practiced judo for about 3 years,I really liked it even sometimes I got hurt,it was worth it. Then I started to go trekking, and at the end  I finished climbing mountains. I became so fanatical about it, that almost every weekend I went trekking or climbing, and I invested a lot of money on outdoor gear, too!
Me at 5,424 meters, Cerro el Plomo
Nowadays I go trekking with my family, but not as often as I'd like to (I have to work on that), and once in a while, we go bodyboarding.

What about you?
Do you practice sports?
Any hobbies?
How often do you practice?
How long have you had this hobby? Or been practicing this sport?
